Precision Air came to my house on July 27th to fix our AC during this wild heat wave. They were on time, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we understood the issue and how they would fix it. Our unit was fixed and pumping out cold air with it thirty minutes. Kevin showed up to check my unit because the over flow sensor was triggered. He came earlier than expected (which is a good thing) and he was very patient in answering all my questions. Explained everything to me and made sure I had a good understanding of what happened. I am extremely pleased with the customer service and the techs that have been sent to my house.

I have to thank this ac company! I called around every ac company and no one could come out to look at my ac for a few days. Precision Air responded so fast with in ten mins!! My ac was fixed in 20 mins. 90 degrees in my house that day, there was no way I could wait a few days. Thank you guys!!!
