HVAC Service Technicians

We’re looking for technicians who take pride in their work and care about doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance, tune‑ups, and system evaluations
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Provide honest recommendations and accurate documentation
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment

Requirements:

• HVAC experience preferred
• EPA certification is a plus
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and customer‑first mindset

HVAC Installers

We need installers who can deliver clean, code‑compliant, professional installations that meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Install new AC systems, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Set equipment, run line sets, and complete system startups
• Follow manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Work efficiently as part of a team
• Maintain a clean, safe job site

Requirements:

• HVAC installation experience preferred
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics or tight spaces
• Valid driver’s license

Installer Helpers / Apprentices

Responsibilities:

• Assist lead installers with equipment placement and setup
• Help run ductwork, line sets, and drain lines

Requirements:

• No experience required — we will train the right person
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to lift equipment and work in attics

Sales & Comfort Advisors
