Overall very unsatisfactory. My brand new unit broke down in a month. Was told the “motherboard” of the inside unit fried and was on back order. They didn’t want to replace the unit so they sent a technician to what he said “move some things around “. I ordered the mid grade unit and he turned it into the bottom tier. I did not get what I am financing and it is not cheap. Don’t use precision. I never heard from the salesman after all that.

Very professional and on-time.

Update 3/5/2026. A/C shutoff last night. Made a call at 830am. Clinton the tech was at my house by 915am. Repaired my issue and got the A/C running by 945am. 💪🏻💪🏻. Truly appreciate the quick response and device.

Clint was so profesional and helpful. Beat the competitors price by more than 3000$ dollars. Came out on a Sunday had install crew our Monday morning. Clint gave me several options and gave me his profesional recommendations. I will be recommending Precision and Clint for sure

I had my air ducts clean by precision air. They did a wonderful job. They have fair pricing and they were able to come out fairly quickly and I did not have to wait
I have now hired them to do some ductwork and some AC work and I will leave another review based on that as well

I called Precision Air . To schedule an appointment . To clean my air ducts I had a total of seven vents and they had a special for $45 per event. I had seven vents I told them if they would come out and clean my vents. They made me an appointment for the next day. The technician and his helper Came out and did an excellent job. I was well please and I paid them for the job they did. Hi highly recommend them to anyone that needs a unit or service to be done.

We called Precision Air after being given their name by a friend. Since we are a commercial account we were directed to Ken who got us set up and on the schedule for the next day. The repair technician showed up on time and was able to get us fixed up quickly. Ken followed up after that and we made a plan to order parts for a different piece of equipment we had been struggling with. Very happy with the service from Precision Air!
