I'm giving one star because I have to! Unfortunately my experience has been expensive and not good! Instalation was supposed to be a one day service but turned into multiple days. But in the end we were happy with the mini splits! They have been great, until they weren't! I called for help from the office, they said they would be here the next day, which they were! Marshall came early that day, took a look and said they needed a major cleaning & service that had to be done on another day. He looked at one of the units outside said it had a leak and he said he put 2 to 3 lbs of freon in it. Which did nothing as far as cooling, also when I told Stace about that he said he probably shouldn't of done that. Marshall said they would send us an estimate. I received an estimate of $910. Mind you these things cost us $8,000, and were installed a year ago April. So I called and talked to Stace, I was not happy. Marshall had told me that this was nothing that we had done. I had cleaned the filter regularly, and wiped the unit down. He said any bit of moisture in the air causes the dust to stick to the blower. So as I'm talking to Stace he mentioned this is a lack of maintenance and that is why they do the biannual maintenance. I said you have not been to my house since they were installed. He checked and said oh, you're right we haven't. So he talked to the owner and he came down on the price to $600 for cleaning. If the maintenance would have been done like they were supposed to we wouldn't have to have this done. On top of all of the back and forth, I had to call them every time, he was supposed to call me back each time and nothing. This started September 1st, it's 82° in my bedroom which I told them and they don't care. I went with this company because it is a family owned business. I work in a family owned business, we would NEVER treat customers the way that we have been treated!! This is so sad!! I do not like to bash a business but we have given them so so many chances to fix this for us and nothing. I was also told that they are having to fix so many messes from someone not doing their job!! Well fix this one!!!!

I had a great experience with Precision Air Conditioning! From the very beginning, their customer service was on point. Stace was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and address every concern I had. Buying a high-efficiency air conditioner is a big investment, and I quickly learned there's a big difference compared to a standard unit. I wish I had done more research beforehand, but everyone at Precision Air Conditioning explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed, even though I had a lot of questions. A huge thank you to Stace, Scott, Robert, Marlon, and the kind gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot who installed our new unit. Everyone was professional and did an outstanding job! It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values its customers and stands behind its work. I highly recommend Precision Air Conditioning to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable, and professional HVAC service. Thank you all for making this such a great experience!

We had Precision do all of our AC work and vent hood installation and walk in cooler equipment, and everything turned out great. His guys worked with me every day fixing any problems that came up and getting the job done in a timely manner. A bunch of hard-working great guys. I appreciate the service we got from them! Would highly recommend them.

Company was great to work with. Very timely with call backs. Had someone at my house within a hour to look at my AC unit. Had to replace the unit. Explained every step very thoroughly. Would highly recommend to anyone. Office staff very friendly, techs very knowledgeable and friendly. Great job!!

I recently had a new HVAC system installed. The overall install came out good and the system is running properly now. There were some issues during the process, including a gas fitting that wasn’t installed correctly and had to be addressed. Once identified, the company responded and corrected the problem. I do appreciate that they stood behind their work and made things right. The system is now operating as expected, including proper staging and airflow. I would recommend them, but I also suggest customers do a final walkthrough and ask questions to ensure everything is set up correctly

Very professional and on-time. Update 3/5/2026. A/C shutoff last night. Made a call at 830am. Clinton the tech was at my house by 915am. Repaired my issue and got the A/C running by 945am. 💪🏻💪🏻. Truly appreciate the quick response and device.

I had my air ducts clean by precision air. They did a wonderful job. They have fair pricing and they were able to come out fairly quickly and I did not have to wait I have now hired them to do some ductwork and some AC work and I will leave another review based on that as well

I called Precision Air . To schedule an appointment . To clean my air ducts I had a total of seven vents and they had a special for $45 per event. I had seven vents I told them if they would come out and clean my vents. They made me an appointment for the next day. The technician and his helper Came out and did an excellent job. I was well please and I paid them for the job they did. Hi highly recommend them to anyone that needs a unit or service to be done.

We called Precision Air after being given their name by a friend. Since we are a commercial account we were directed to Ken who got us set up and on the schedule for the next day. The repair technician showed up on time and was able to get us fixed up quickly.
