When they did that, they told me that I would get two follow up inspections for free, I totally forgot about that, but they called , followed up and did what they said they were going to do. Aside from that, just talking to the staff is fun, they're knowledgeable about their services, and they have a great CRM, because they remember little details about you.. makes you feel part of their family.
